PLA 2012 Conference

March 13–17, 2012 | Philadelphia

PLA 2012 National Conference logo imageThe PLA Conference is the premier professional development event for public librarians, public library workers, trustees, Friends, library vendors, and others with an interest in public libraries.

PLA 2012 will be held March 13–17, 2012 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PLA 2012 will provide opportunities to learn new ideas, share success stores, hear best practics and meet colleagues from across the county and around the world.

Submit a Program Proposal

PLA is now planning PLA 2012, and the most important part of that planning is assembling the slate of preconferences and 100+ concurrent program sessions that will be presented during the conference. PLA is looking for the newest, the best, the most innovative ideas for public libraries! The proposal process is completely online: submit your proposal by November 30, 2010.
